Knowing your self-worth

So self-worth, worthiness. Why is it that you always seem to run out of it? Why is this generation so disgruntled by themselves? How do you tell your self-worth? What do you do for acceptance? This post is about checking where your worth comes from and cementing the origin of worthiness.

Opportunities: Take the leap or lose the chance.

I think sometimes that happens in our lives,we miss our shot, you know? We miss our moment. God opens a door and we are too busy banging on a closed one, trying to fit through a window or straight up ignoring it while we ‘fix somethings’. We are used to ‘God help those who help themselves’ and so we spend times helping ourselves in the name of speeding things along and we end up messing ourselves…

Why it’s all about effort

Effort. That word can be hard to swallow. And I am sure you have heard it at least once in  your life from your gym instructor, your teacher, your parent, your friend or your girlfriend/boyfriend. Work hard. Dreams don’t work unless you do. Put your back into it. Don’t dream it, be it. Don’t wish for it, work for it. Prove to me you care/you love me/you want me in your life/ All these statements are familiar to you and they all always mean the same thing; effort… so what is the big deal with this word?
